Well im going to create this new char an earth elementalist. I have been elementalist before but then i was fire. I wonder if there is any good earth spells for elementalists or is fire the best thing? And where can i find those earth spells as a new char in postsearing ascalon?

There's only a small handful of Earth Elementalists in Ascalon, such as Armor of Earth and Eruption. The good Earth spells (ie. the Wards) start rolling in around Kryta and the Shiverpeaks (Although Ward Against Elements might be available from a quest in Ascalon. Stoning is tucked away in Ice Tooth Cave), but once you're into/through Kryta you should have most of the good ones.
You may want to split your build with Earth and another element in Ascalon, and then switch once you get to the Shiverpeaks.

If you get rushed from Beacon's Perch to Droknar's Forge you'll have access to Earthquake and Obsidian Flame, two very nice Earth offensive skills. I think the earliest you can get Aftershock is from a boss thorny stalker in Bloodstone Fen, and Crystal Wave is even further in Maguuma Stade-- so no Earthquake-Aftershock-Crystal Wave strings for some time.
